インドネシアPENS学長が本学を表敬訪問されました
4月2日、インドネシアのスラバヤ電子工学大学・PENS（Politeknik Elektronika Negeri Surabaya）から、Zainal学長とAmang先生が小宮学長を訪問されました。PENSはインドネシア第2の都市スラバヤにあるトップレベルの工科系大学です。神奈川工科大学とPENSは2017年に学術教育交流協定を結び、この2年間で、PENS研修生を情報学部で10名受け入れています。
大学のグローバル化にともない、海外の大学との関係強化、学生国際交流の活性化が望まれます。小宮学長とZainal学長もお互いの大学の歴史や状況を顧みながら、それらのことを重視する意向で意見交換が行われました。
1時間ほどの歓談でしたが、本学とPENSのますますの協力関係が期待できる、とても有意義な時間でした。
On April 2, President Dr. Zainal (Director of PENS) and Dr. Amang from PENS (Politeknik Elektronika Negeri Surabaya) in Indonesia visited President Dr. Komiya. PENS is one of the top universities in Engineering, and located in Surabaya where is the second largest city in Indonesia.
With the globalization of university, it is necessary to strengthen the relationship with oversea universities and activate international student exchanges. President Dr. Komiya and President Dr. Zainal had a very good discussion exchanging their current situations and history and came to a conclusion that implementing these programs is very important for our future.
In spite of a short meeting, the pleasant talk shall go a long way to fulfill our further collaborations between PENS and KAIT.
